In this 5-week transformational intensive, Amanda will guide you through the fundamental skills and competencies you’ll need to create daily practices that reduce the anxious symptoms in your mind and body at any given moment, and step into a more empowered, authentic, and expressive version of your true being.

Weekly Sessions Wednesdays at 1:00pm Pacific
This course will feature LIVE teachings, interactive training sessions, experiential practices, and Q&A with Amanda. Each session will build harmoniously upon the previous ones as you learn to engage with the soul messages hidden in your anxiety… use practical, powerful, and gentle tools to bring more calm into your body and mind… and step into a more vital version of your true being.
Module 1: Dialoguing With Your Soul — What Gifts Does Your Anxiety Offer? (July 27)
Amanda perceives anxiety as the physical manifestation of your soul’s attempt to get your attention… your inner self directing you toward whatever wants to be healed, released, or transformed.
Many people have given in to feeling stuck and have become attached to a false belief that anxiety is the enemy. That kind of thinking shuts down your ability to go into your shadow and experience transformation.
When you choose to view anxiety as a messenger instead of an enemy, you can open up new pathways for healing.
What if you could embrace, understand, and dialogue with your anxiety? What might be revealed if you were to compassionately explore your mind, soothe your body, and connect with your soul?
In this opening module, you’ll learn how to befriend your anxious mind, nurture your body, and begin to unlock your “soul whispers” and the messages that your anxiety is offering.
You’ll:
- Be guided in box breathing breathwork practices to move your body out of fight-or-flight mode and support anxiety healing
- Practice techniques to transform the “spin cycle” of anxiety
- Examine the root of your anxious patterns
- Gain practical tools — including journaling — to begin redirecting the anxious mind
Module 2: Embracing Your Shadow — Excavating Fear & Self-Judgment (August 3)
As you journey into your anxiety and seek to understand what’s asking to be healed, you’ll inevitably be met by two shadow emotions — fear and judgment.
Anxiety-driven fears and judgements — such as “If I do heal, what will I lose?” or “I feel shame for needing to address my anxiety at all” — are simply requests from the soul to create safety in mind and body.
In this module, you’ll begin to answer that request by integrating the fears, judgements, and anxieties that have been held in your shadow for so long. Amanda will guide you to take radical ownership of your mind by safely and compassionately excavating and delayering shadow emotions through thoughtful discussion and reflection. You’ll explore questions like, “What’s underneath this fear?” and “Where did that emotion or experience come from?”
Amanda will help you bring those shadows into the light — instead of avoiding the emotions or allowing them to shut you down — through a blend of practical daily tools and ongoing reflection practices.
In this session, you’ll:
- Experience Amanda’s “Skin to Soul” technique for dialoguing with shadow emotions
- Create more compassionate dialogue with your shadows and wounding
- Discover how to unearth the fears and judgments that are keeping you in anxiety through an “Emotional Delayering” practice
- Participate in optional partner-based work for additional support and accountability
Module 3: Enacting Transformation — Neural Reprogramming for Anxious Minds (August 10)
Equipped now with a thorough and loving understanding of what’s driving your anxiety and what’s asking to be healed, you’ll explore accessible neural reprogramming techniques.
According to Amanda, many people have frustrations with neural reprogramming and affirmation techniques and believe that they do work, but not for them.
This is apparently a common disconnect — knowing something is possible, but feeling personally unable to enact the change.
In this session, you’ll explore cognitive and energetic reprogramming in a way that works with the anxious mind, rather than against it. Amanda will distill heady scientific and esoteric practices to make them practical, accessible, compassionate, and empowering.
You’ll:
- Practice Amanda’s “positive feeling activation” to support anxiety healing
- Be guided in a mantra meditation to train your subconscious mind
- Learn how to activate new emotions and feelings in your body
- Start to cultivate more self-compassion even in the throes of challenging mental, emotional, and energetic work
Module 4: Creating & Embodying Your Empowered Self (August 17)
The healing work you’ve done and the practical support you’ve received so far in this course sets the stage for you to safely look toward the future with excitement.
You’ll envision what your empowered, vibrant, and transformed life looks like. What would it feel like? What would be the quality of your thoughts, feelings, and actions? It’s time to embody this empowered self.
In this module, you’ll learn how to support your transformation by channeling and integrating your empowered self’s thoughts, feelings, and energy.
You’ll:
- Be guided in an empowered self-visioning meditation
- Receive self-inquiry prompts that will help you clarify your empowered self
- Create and develop daily practices to support your embodiment journey
- Engage in playful and creative dialogue with your empowered self
- Share your empowered self and prompt others
Module 5: Continued Empowerment — The Importance of Compassion & Self-Honoring (August 24)
As this program comes to a close, you’ll explore two concepts that are critical for continued transformation — celebrating the self and continued compassion. After all, what’s the purpose of healing work if you forget to pause, receive, and bask deeply in the joy of your journey so far?
Together with Amanda and your co-participants, you’ll create space to reflect on and honor all of the past, present, and future versions of yourself. If you (like many anxious-minded folks) have struggled to acknowledge, celebrate, or honor your successes, you’ll learn why self-celebration is so important and explore how to dissolve any resistances you may have.
Amanda will provide continued compassion practices for ongoing support — tools you can use when you think you’ve “regressed” — and ways to practice daily compassion to support your continued growth.
In this session, you’ll:
- Participate in an empowering, love-filled closing ceremony, where the group will share, reflect, and celebrate each other’s embodiment intentions
- Experience practices to honor and celebrate the self
- Be guided in journaling exercises to reflect on, and bask in, your transformation thus far and the transformation that’s to come
