Each session will build harmoniously upon the previous ones, so you’ll develop a complete holistic understanding of the practices, tools, and principles you’ll need to connect deeply with nature spirits to expand your sense of belonging to the web of life.
Module 1: We Are Nature Beings (February 2)
In this opening week, you’ll unpack the falsehood so many of us have been taught — that nature is separate from us; something to be enjoyed often from afar.
These days, most of us are becoming technological beings instead of nature beings.
Sandra will share what a nature being is, truly — and she’ll guide you to explore your true nature as more than just part of one species that roams the Earth.
You’ll discover how the land nurtures you on all levels and protects you.
In this module, you’ll explore:
- Your connection to the web of life and your true place in nature
- Small changes you can make to place yourself in greater harmony with nature
- How to perform a ceremony to bond with the land where you live
- A shamanic journey to learn what it means to be a nature being
- The ceremony for Honorable Closure, a ritual to dissolve unhealthy energetic ties that might be holding you back
Module 2: The Elements — A Love Story (February 9)
This week, you’ll journey to the ancient beings in the Middle World…
The Middle World includes the 4.6-billion-year-old Earth, as well as fire beings such as the sun, moon, stars, and galaxies.
You’ll also consult with the Hidden Folk.
You’ll merge with the elements to experience their true power in our lives — and you’ll learn about the power of creating loving ceremonies with earth, air, fire, and water.
These elements are billions of years old and we can’t live without them. Sandra will explain how, for healing to happen, you must feel deeply in love with them — as deep as your love for your most precious loved ones.
As you’ll discover, working with the elements teaches you how to enter into the flow of life. The elements also teach us about cleansing, death, and rebirth.
Nature is always in a reciprocal relationship with us.
Humans are a relatively new species. Right now we feel dominant over life — but in reality, we’re not dominant! As humans, we are all woven together in deep relationship with other life-forms.
In this module, you’ll:
- Work with the elements, reestablishing a sense of flow in your life — and learning about death and rebirth
- Discover how gratitude is one part of reciprocity, one of the most powerful practices taught by shamanic cultures around the world
- Meet the elements that give you life and learn to write love letters to them
- Experience the power of absorbing the energy of the sun, wind, water, and Earth in both your inner and outer world
- Perceive everything you take in and absorb as pure, beautiful, light-filled, loving, and joy-filled energy
- Go on a journey to take the words or energetic transmissions into your inner world as you meet a species of living beings — instead of trying to understand it rationally, you’ll absorb the energy of the message, teaching, or healing
Module 3: The Intelligence of Nature (February 16)
This week, you’ll journey to a nature being you believe to be highly intelligent — such as a bear, octopus, bee, snake, ant, mountain goat, or raven.
Sandra will guide you on a journey to an animal that you’d like to establish a reciprocal relationship with. You’ll learn its ways of adaptation during times of change — and begin to learn its language.
It’s easy to forget how we’re interconnected and interdependent with all of nature — and how this is always being reflected back to us by our environment.
Life has a song. When we step away from our computers and ordinary activities and listen to the song of life, our depression lifts as we enter a life filled with beauty, magic, and joy.
Sandra will guide you to explore the process of using animal parts for making sacred objects. You’ll learn how to ask permission to do this from a place of honor and respect.
In this module, you’ll discover:
- The fascinating language of nature
- How to create stronger intentions for your ceremonies to honor the Earth and all of life
- The intelligence of the creatures that live in the sea, on the Earth, and in the air
- How to engage your spiritual senses to embrace and experience life in an entirely new way
- How to ask permission to eat another life-form, and how animals respond when asked in a sacred way
- Ceremonies to honor all the beings you share this Earth with — including those you take in for nourishment
Module 4: How Plants & Trees Teach, Inspire & Heal Us (February 23)
Plants and trees can heal, nurture, protect, and teach us.
Sandra’s helping spirits have shared with her that the original humans learned the practice of shamanism from plants…
This week you’ll explore how every plant has a program, and Sandra will share how you can learn the language of plants to discover their details.
In many shamanic cultures, it’s widely understood that by sitting with a tree for long periods of time, the tree will teach you all you need to learn about the practice of shamanism.
We’ve been taught to consume our food and substances before learning about their program and what they have to share. This week, you’ll learn to journey to the spirit of the foods you eat.
Sandra will share deeper work you can embark on, including merging with an herb or mushroom to absorb its healing.
She’ll also encourage you to grow a plant with intention, and reflect on the relationship created as you connect with its species, emanating unconditional love.
In this module, you’ll:
- Discover the design blueprint of healing plants
- Learn what gifts, strength, protection, and medicine each plant holds for you
- Prepare plants to access the healing you need
- Discover how to grow food with more consciousness — and take care of your local areas of native plants and trees
- Explore how spending time with plants and trees enlivens your ordinary and extra senses — allowing you to taste and feel the emotions and textures of life
- Explore how to hold a ceremony to honor the plants and trees who care for you
- Journey to a Tree of Fruition
Module 5: The Power of Stones & Crystals (March 2)
Shamans have long used crystals and stones for divination and healing.
This week, Sandra will share how in order to truly absorb what they have to teach, you must first learn their essential properties.
For instance, ancient rocks have essential wisdom to share as we all must learn how to be patient and gain a new sense of timing. Rocks and stones can teach us ways of living lives that are focused on the present.
Sandra will guide you on a journey to learn from your favorite gem or crystal — to discover the properties it holds, how it contributes to the web of life, how to use it in ethical ways, and how to use it for healing.
She’ll also share simple methods for working with crystals, including how to incubate dreams, how to stop nightmares, and how to send healing energies long distance.
And Sandra will explain how to care for sacred tools such as drums, rattles, and sacred objects you use in your shamanic work.
You’ll also charge crystals with what you’ve learned about living through challenging times — and plant these crystals in the ground for our descendants to find.
Leaving information for future generations is an age-old spiritual method that’s been used for thousands of years.
You’ve learned so much dealing with your challenges; it’s time to be an inspiration for our descendants — as our ancestors have been inspirations for us for thousands of years.
In this module, you’ll explore:
- The wisdom that rocks can teach you
- How to work with crystals and gems in ethical ways
- How to use crystals for healing and incubating intentions and dreams
- Simple healing methods of working with crystals and stones to retrieve the soul of your home
- How to activate crystals with inspiration for future generations and plant the crystals in the Earth
Module 6: Ancestral & Future Connections — Nature’s Intelligence (March 9)
This week, you’ll take two journeys: one back in time to learn from a creature who is now extinct; the other to an ancient creature that’s still alive today.
For example, dragonflies are known to be one of the oldest living beings on Earth. Yet they remain unchanged.
What do we have to learn about our lives from species that went extinct, and what do we need to know for our future?
As you’ll discover, species that have been here since the beginning of time possess a wealth of advice on how to move your life to a place of health and balance.
Sandra will then guide you to journey to creatures in the future — to learn healthy ways to protect the future of our descendants.
In this module, you’ll:
- Create a relationship with now-extinct life-forms — and discern whether they have wisdom to share about the changes we all must make to protect our survival
- Learn from ancient creatures who have watched and been here since the beginning of time — and imagine the wisdom, love, compassion, and insights they have to share
- Explore how to protect the future health of our planet
- Learn how to maintain your relationships with all of nature using the practice of shamanism
Module 7: Our Spiritual Heart (March 16)
In October 2017, Sandra merged with her shamanic teacher Isis to bring through a powerful message.
This week, Sandra will share this message once again — and as you’ll hear, it’s stunning how relevant every word of this message is during this time… and how it can help you emerge into a higher level of consciousness
Millions of evolved souls have risen above the world of suffering. They live their lives taking care of the land and nature — growing from within, until the outer world becomes so small they can only feel joy and bliss.
They transmit love and light everywhere, as love and light glow effortlessly from within them.
In this session, you’ll explore and reflect on Isis’ message. You’ll go on a journey using the advice she shared with Sandra — and see whether she has more to add.
You’ll also explore how shamans and mystics absorb healing light from all sources of nature.
The process of death and rebirth is sometimes difficult to embrace. We don’t like to let go of the familiar and we grieve the beautiful beings that we have shared this Earth with…
But with death, there are new energies waiting to be born, which manifest into amazing new species of animals, plants, trees, insects, microorganisms, and more.
Sandra will guide the group to ask for guidance on healing methods that include working with sound and light.
In this final module, you’ll:
- Discover how to transform the toxins in your medications, foods, water, air, and everything you take in
- Learn how to work with liquid light, infusing it into water and using it to drink, and to water your plants with
- Continue to look at lifestyle changes that keep life sustainable for all of life on the planet
- Explore the life of a shaman or mystic who lives and works using their spiritual heart

Their names are Heaven, Sun, Moon, Wind, Lightning, Fire, Sea, Earth, and Rock. Tune in as Jane Burns (teacher of Celtic shamanism and spirituality) and Sandra share ways you can tap into the powers of the elements by honoring them, merging with them, and becoming them.
