This course will feature live streamed teachings, recorded teachings, interactive training sessions, and experiential practices with Gloria. Module 1: Clear the Past (December 3)
In this first class with Gloria, you’ll focus on the first, second, and third chakras as you dive into a deep, empowering conversation about self-worth and Kundalini energy — which, as you’ll discover, IS your potential.
You’ll explore the three keys to reclaiming your worth — through third chakra activation and release of your Kundalini energy.
In this module, you’ll:
- Discover how your self-esteem is connected to Kundalini energy
- Master a cathartic practice to clear the emotional wounds of the past — and begin your journey to wholeness
- Identify the most uncomfortable situation happening in your life right now — and learn how to use it in your work going forward
- Participate in a meditation to experience a deep subconscious cleanse — releasing the heavy energies that weigh on your Kundalini energy
- Explore your ability to step into your own potential
Module 2: Forty Days to Personal Transformation (Thursday, December 5)
In this lesson, Gloria will show you how to put into practice THE most transformative aspect of all mind-body practices — consistency.
She’ll also walk you through more foundational Kundalini wisdom, including the three core principles, self-inquiry work, and basics of the practice — and why you don’t have to keep up with each physical movement!

Module 3: End the Blame Game (December 10)
This week, you’ll tap into the second and sixth chakras as you examine how your excuses block you from creating the life you deserve…
… and exactly what you can do to reclaim your responsibility and power.
You’ll begin a 40-day practice to cultivate a sense of self-trust — to develop confidence in your ability to show up for yourself, day after day.
In this module, you’ll:
- Learn how to build up the necessary stamina to continue investing in yourself
- Discover how to release your victim narrative
- Explore how true awakening means committing to change, discovering what’s blocked within you, and releasing old stories
- Venture beyond the thinking mind and into your body, to release blocks
- Discover a practice to build your third chakra strength — working with both abdominals and mantras
Module 4: Get Comfortable With Being Uncomfortable (December 17)
In this full chakra class that incorporates a mantra for change, you’ll explore your compulsive behaviors — why they happen, how they damage your self-worth, and how to break these patterns, once and for all.
You’ll also discover why anxiety triggers addiction — and how it takes you out of the moment.
In this module, you’ll discover:
- How to resolve, release, and heal your addictions as you reclaim your power
- Why restoring your third chakra power is key to healing your addictions
- How to stop checking out of your life — and lovingly bring energy back to yourself
- How often-overlooked addictions like perfectionism can impact your self-worth

Module 5: Live in Alignment (January 7)
This week, you’ll focus on the heart chakra as you learn how low self-worth can drive you to burnout — and how to prevent it by living in what Gloria calls internal alignment…
She’ll reveal why, when your thoughts, the words you speak, and your actions are out of alignment, you’ll never feel good enough — because you’re constantly going against your authentic self…

… and overcome the limitations of your mind so you’re no longer ruled by your emotions.
Gloria will guide you to re-establish your relationship with your soul-self as you heal your issues with self-worth… for good.
