Attend this webinar and learn more about the brain and what scientists are discovering about genetics alone determining disease. In most cases, lifestyle has a bigger impact on developing Alzheimer’s than does genetics. That is good news–while we can’t change our genetics, we do have control over our lifestyle choices. We will cover key aspects of the role of lifestyle on the risk of getting Alzheimer’s. You will understand the role of obesity, stress, Diabetes, exercise, and diet on brain health. This workshop will give you the most powerful tools there are to help your clients reduce the risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease, or to slow the process down, if they already have it.
