It doesn’t require you to ‘go outside your comfort zone’, it doesn’t require you to ‘face your fears’ No controlling your state of Mind or strategies ‘control’ Your anxiety.
There are no relaxation techniques or breathing techniques. You can’t visualise your thoughts and monitor them.
What is the end result?
I’m free to travel where-Everywhere I want (my dog loves the longer walks!)Motorways that were once too scary for me are no longer frightening me. of Past and the undercurrent feeling of Panic was always at the back of My mind is completely gone.
Instead, I feel a sense of peace of mind. And best of all, my kids’ lives are no longer limited by my feelings of Anxiety and I can show up as a ‘normal’ Mum with them
