Module 1: Cultivate Optimal Breathing for Healing, Health, and Awakened Consciousness (August 29)
Cultivating the ability to breathe consciously during ordinary moments, in dedicated practice periods, and in deep and extensive breathwork sessions can awaken quantum potential for our personal, relational, and collective lives.
Optimizing our breathing can lead to improved health, vitality, and wellbeing. While there are universal principles for optimal breathing, each person’s breathing pattern is unique and can be tailored to their specific needs and conditions.
You’ll discover some of the universal components of breath, including body positions, body movements, breathing attitudes, and more. We’ll practice optimal breathing together, moving into a dynamic, individualized practice that will become a pathway of growth for you.
In this session, you’ll:
- Discover the combination of universal and individualized breathing components for your best breathing
- Overcome your ego’s interference in your breathwork and learn how to dissolve its control
- Understand and transform limiting beliefs, experiences, and traumas related to your breathing
- Amplify the quality of your growth and every moment by understanding the psychophysiological nature of each breath
Module 2: Enhance Your Potential Through Receiving Breath (September 5)
There’s a way of breathing that taps into our innate capacity to feel held, supported, and nourished by our true nature and the world around us, and you’ll discover it in this first of twelve pillars of breathwork. This approach transforms our tendency to over-strive, allowing us to become receptive vessels for the nutrients and support life offers.
By embracing this way of breathing, you can create pathways of fertility and life force within, enabling your potential to flourish and heal past wounds through connection with compassion and life’s inherent intelligence.

- Learn how to receive breathe and deepen your breath naturally with the 1st Breathing Pillar

Module 3: Conscious Breathing Practices for Amplifying Physical, Emotional, Cognitive, and Spiritual Integration and Wholeness (September 12)
In addition to optimal breathing, there are time-honored and emerging breathing practices that can amplify your wholeness and enhance your conscious awareness.
You’ll learn how to integrate the physical, emotional, cognitive, and spiritual aspects of yourself, leading to a life filled with purpose, fulfillment, and vitality. You’ll also discover the geometry and beauty of ratios in your rhythms of breathing and how they can guide you toward a more complete sense of self.
In this session, you’ll:
- Learn and extensively engage in 3 powerful breathing practices (Breathing Pillars 2, 3, and 4) to enhance your sense of wholeness and conscious awareness
- Discover the importance of inhalation and exhalation ratios to find your personal optimal breathing rhythm
- Explore the ancient wisdom and current scientific understanding of breathing ratios to identify your unique breathing pattern
- Understand the potency of prescribed breathing ratios and how they can unlock deeper states of consciousness and embodiment
Module 4: Restore Your Wholeness Through Adaptive Healing Breath Practices (September 19)
The natural adaptive and healing capacity of our breathing, body, and brain can be enhanced and accelerated through conscious partnership and adaptive breathing patterns. This inherent healing wisdom has created adaptive breathing patterns for restoration to wholeness.
You’ll learn and practice four potent breathing techniques designed to restore physical, emotional, cognitive, and spiritual wholeness. These practices will guide you from states of imbalance to states of empowerment and vitality.
In this session, you’ll:
- Learn 4 powerful breathing practices (Pillars 5, 6, 7, and 8) to restore your physical, emotional, cognitive, and spiritual wholeness
- Transform restlessness into rest and calm
- Shift from anxiety to a life force and excitement for living

Module 5: Develop, Strengthen & Embody Your Gifts & Capacities Through Elevated Breathing Practices (September 26)

Wisdom teachings throughout the ages have shared practices that develop our capacity for love, wisdom, and presence, enabling expanded states of consciousness to become embodied ways of living. Humanity can heal the core wound of the split between body and spirit, consciousness and matter, self and the collective, through our shared primary physiological function of breathing.
In this session, you’ll:
- Learn how to nourish and grow your capacities for awakened living — vision, unity, wisdom, and creativity through the conscious breathing practices of Pillars 9, 10, and 11

- Prepare for a transformative breathwork journey (the 12th Breathwork Pillar) that unlocks human potential
Module 6: Breathing Journey Into Expanded Consciousness, Healing, Wholeness, and Self-Actualization (October 10)
To be held by, supported by, and guided by our breath provides invaluable benefits for our wellbeing, life quality, and personal growth. Each conscious breath brings awareness, healing, and transformation to our wounds, narratives, traumas, experiences, and potential.
We’ll co-create a virtual breathing room where you’ll have the space to allow your breath to deeply heal and transform you. Jessica will guide you in a collective breath experience designed to open your capacities and vision, integrating all you’ve learned so far.
In this session, you’ll:
- Experience a guided collective breathwork journey (with Breathing Pillar 12) to open your capacities and vision

You’ll envision these possibilities and experience practices that contribute to birthing such a life and world, including activating your potential as a cultural creative through the flow of breath — revealing and releasing your fear and resistance to such a life and world.
You’ll learn practices and steps that can lead to breathing consciously 24 hours a day. Beginning with daily self-care and expanding through your personal, relational, and collective interactions, you’ll come to the experience of interconnected breathing, where your potential and that of all beings has the opportunity to grow and flower with each breath. You’ll become a global citizen who embodies and contributes love, wisdom, and presence.
In this session, you’ll:
- Practice breathing, integrating these 12 Pillars of Breathwork through the ordinary and extraordinary ups and downs of life
- Learn a self-care practice to integrate conscious breathing into your daily routine
