Module 2: Master the Art of Powerful Intention Setting to Take Back Control of Your Life (September 24)
Clarity is power. When you’re clear on where you want to go in life, you’re far more likely to arrive.
It’s why every breathflow session begins with an intention setting. You’ll learn how to discern your goals for each breathwork session, state them succinctly, and then put your destination on the map.
Christian will explain how your language belies the negative self-talk you may be continually reinforcing in your consciousness.
He’ll share a potent framework for turning that into positive self-talk to empower you with clarity as you contemplate your direction.

Sometimes things just don’t go right in your day. Unintegrated trauma can compound the issue and throw you way off balance in daily life. As Christian will explain, learning ways to offload excess negative energy is of primary importance.
