Flowing Zen – One Finger Shooting Zen is a specialized course by Flowing Zen that teaches the traditional Shaolin kung fu exercise known as “One Finger Shooting Zen.” This exercise focuses on building internal energy (Qi), strengthening focus, and developing power through precise movements. It combines breath control, visualization, and martial arts techniques to cultivate both physical and mental resilience. Designed for practitioners of all levels, this course aims to enhance health, mental clarity, and martial prowess through consistent practice of this ancient energy-building method.
