(JUMPSTART)
We created the Jumping® Fitness Jumpstart (Newcomers) class designed to give new jumpers a solid foundation in jumping fitness. The class consists of 3 techniques-focused modules that are delivered over 3 sessions. You will be guided closely by us and taught all the basic moves of jumping fitness. Each level increases in difficulty and intensity, but is structured and paced well so that you can jump easily and quickly.
This class is a bit slower than the beginners and is appropriate for both new jumpers as well as seniors who haven’t exercised in a while.
JUMPING FITNESS
(BEGINNERS)
The Jumping was designed by us Fitness (Beginner’s) class with the complete jumping novice in mind. Whether you are a newbie looking to start a fitness regime that builds your health yet protects your joints, or you are someone who exercises regularly and are already fit, the beginner’s class will help induct you into the jumping fitness program.
This class will teach you the fundamental techniques necessary to be able to work safely and effectively towards your fitness goals. Even though it is a beginner’s class, you can be assured of an excellent cardiovascular workout that will leave you refreshed and invigorated.

This class is not recommended to beginners. This is a high-intensity, resistance-based class that focuses mainly on core conditioning and speed jumping exercises.

The jumping Fitness Fusion Class is a specialized jumping exercise class that incorporates HIIT elements like Tabata, EMOM and AMRAP to help you burn fat, increase muscle mass and tone your entire body. These are performed in conjunction with jumping fitness routines to maximize the benefits of jumping while protecting your joints and knees.
