Pay attention to how you breathe, both during this practice and throughout daily life. How you breathe is how you live.
Start cataloging your breathing patterns in various circumstances, gaining insights into how these patterns reflect your responses to the world around you.
Explore the “architecture of breath,” learning how your breathing habits influence how you experience life.
Anthony will share common fallacies around breathing — such as the idea that more breath means more capability. Through simple yet powerful exercises, discover how breath awareness can transform your state of mind and physical presence.

He’ll guide you in embedding these breathwork practices into your daily life, ensuring that the shifts you’re experiencing aren’t just temporary but become a lasting part of your wellbeing.
Explore practical ways to weave breath practices into your routines, building personalized rituals that support your ongoing growth and self-care.
In this module, you’ll:
- Reflect on areas of your life that have shifted and identify three you’d like to work on with breath
- Examine what revelations and breakthroughs might be “finishing up” internally and externally as you prepare for the course’s end

Module 7: Integration & Celebration – Create an Actionable Plan for Bringing These New Breathwork Practices Into Your Daily Life So You’ll Feel Clear & Confident on Your Next Steps (February 18)

This session will also be a celebration of your progress!
