Meditation in the morning
The suggestion is to do it first, before you check email or Instagram. It is crucial to plan your day. with Clear thinking is key.
Daily affirmation
This will be a phrase with To chant aloud throughout the day, a mantra has a strong meaning. Repeated repetitions of mantras send powerful messages to the body and mind. They encourage you to be more positive.
Yoga practice
Vinyasa Flow mixed with Yin.
Vinyasa flow is more fluid, energetic, and playful. with It is important to focus on your breath.
I work with You can bring your mind, body, breath and soul into one so you feel fully aligned, inside and outside.
Yin is slow and seated. The postures are held for longer. It is very mindful. It is extremely mindful. You’ll feel more spacious deep down if you are able to sit still.
Both styles can be beautiful in their own ways.
You have the freedom to choose what suits your mood for that day.
You could even decide to do both: Vinyasa morning and Yin evening.

Zoom offers a private coaching session that you can have one-on-one. This is a place for you ask any questions that could help you in your journey.
Holistic healthy eating plan
It is strongly recommended that you adopt a holistic and healthy diet during the course. It is important to reap the full benefits of the course both for your body and mind.
Holistic eating means quite simply eating food that is as close to its natural state as possible. Holistic nutrition is defined by unrefined unprocessed organic. For the five days I suggest also cutting out meat, alcohol, sugar, wheat and dairy.
“What will I eat??” I hear your shout!! You can eat a lot of different foods, I assure you. It takes some time to find the foods that you actually like.
This is not about loosing weight, although you most probably will, but it is about cleansing your system. You will feel amazing and will glow from inside out.
I will suggest books that I use and that you might find useful.
Journalling
Each day we will be keeping journals. This will help you identify the areas in your life that need improvement.
Every day will have a new topic.
This helps you identify negative thoughts and turns them into positive thoughts.
Evening Yoga Nidra
A recording of Yoga Nidra meditation. This is done before you go to bed. This is a peaceful, relaxing way to get rid of stress and promote good sleep.
Zoom Live Stream Closing Ceremonial Workshop
Tonight is the last night I invite to join me. two and a half hour live stream workshop.
We will all join in the practice of yoga, pranayama and chanting, and then we’ll finish together. with Enjoy a relaxing Sound Bath.
This is our closing ceremony. I guarantee you will be in the most blissful state.
My aim for the course is to bring you deeper into the beautiful world of yoga and meditation and reap the abundant benefits they have to offer.
