What You’ll Discover in These 9 Weeks
In this 9-part interactive training, Daisy will guide you in the foundational movements, spiritual skills, and competencies of the Radiant Lotus Qigong Path you’ll need to fully integrate and sustain your daily self-care practice.
This is your opportunity to learn the full cupping-and-shaking routine (covering the entire body), full-body self-massage, as well as all six Tibetan sound practices — over nine spacious weeks of discovery, application, and healing.
The course features Qigong practices specific to women for enhancing health and longevity. Daisy begins each class with a 10-minute centering meditation, followed by a 30-minute teaching and a 20-minute Qigong demonstration.
Each session will build harmoniously upon the previous ones so you’ll develop a complete holistic understanding of the practices, tools, and principles forming the foundation of this unique path of healing for women.
Module 1: Review of Lotus Rises Through the Water, Showering Qi & Flying Phoenix
In this opening session, Daisy Lee will guide you in three key movements: Lotus Rises Through the Water, Showering Qi, and Flying Phoenix. She’ll also guide you in foundational concepts such as “Vertical Alignment”, how to be in “Neutral Compassion” and become a “Stable Lead Energy” so that the life you live is one of presence, clarity and discernment.
The “Lotus Rises” signature movement you’ll review in this foundational session can be used to process blocked or difficult emotions, open joints, release cellular debris and bring revitalized Qi back to refuel your body, mind and spirit.
Showering Qi calms the over-stimulated mind and helps release stress and decompress before bed or before you interact with a family member, friend or co-worker in an agitated situation. This “showering” movement also helps to calm hyperactivity in children and help with hot flashes during the menopause years.
Daisy will also review the highly versatile movement Flying Phoenix. Use it to balance the right and left brain hemispheres, bring clarity to decision-making, and reconnect with the greater forces of the Earth and Sky.
You’ll discover:
- A review of the signature movement of Lotus Rises, to open joints, release stress, and experience a deep sense of grace, dignity, and self-confidence in your body
- “Showering Qi” to wash away the residues of energy that have collected in the mind and body. Also great for hot flashes during the menopause years!
- The Flying Phoenix balancing movement, a powerful way to regain equilibrium and define “safe space” when chaos surrounds you
- A review of the foundational concepts such as “lead energy,” and the philosophy of neutral compassion.
Module 2: The Full Routine of Cupping & Shaking Release Stagnation and Boost Your Immunity & Energy
The shaking-and-cupping routine is used to release stagnations in the tissues and joints, increase bone density and lymph flow, and care for the womb and breasts. In two sessions with Daisy, you’ll wake up your immune system, let go of toxins and open the flow of energy in your body. Cupping and shaking benefits different areas of the body in specific ways — in this module, Daisy walks you through each application.
You’ll discover:
- The full shaking-and-cupping routine, including the breasts and abdomen
- Specific applications of shaking and cupping for healing different conditions
- Modifications of the routine if you have a chronic illness such as cancer
- An increase in energy when you apply shaking and cupping on awakening
- A gentle way to release blockages in your system and LOVE your body as you practice this routine
Module 3: Qigong Self-Massage for the Entire Body Listening to Your Body & Loving ALL of You
The full shaking-and-cupping routine brings energy and vitality to the body. It can also bring to the surface energy that needs be discharged. Self-massage helps smooth out any disturbances that have been released. It’s a powerful way to get to know your body, what you truly need, and where you are emotionally.
Stress creeps up on us when we’re buried in our to-do lists. Self-massage teaches us to listen to the body’s signals, and to care for ourselves at a deeper level. You’ll spend two weeks with Daisy, learning the full body massage routine, starting at your heart center in the middle dantien, and ending with a qi facial to stimulate memory and clear your mind for the day ahead!
You’ll discover:
- How to massage your entire body, including the heart area, legs, womb, perineum, and face
- A loving follow up routine to smooth out the energy after shaking and cupping
- A new way to listen to your body’s signals, so that you can head off stress before it overtakes you
- Appreciation for every part of your body, especially areas you have shame or judgement around
- Greater mental clarity, more radiant skin and a stronger sense of your value as a woman
Module 4: Tibetan Sound Healing Practices to Align You With Your Energetic Blueprint
In Qigong, sound healing practices help break down blocked energy in the tissues, bones, and blood. The healing waves are activated by your own voice, allowing you to reclaim your authentic voice and truth.
In this 3-part module, Daisy will share all sixsound-healing tones from Tibet, which are specific to women’s health for clearing stagnant Qi throughout the body, liberating your authentic voice and empowering you to share your truth.
Healing, invigorating vibrations break down tissue that aren’t part of your “optimal blueprint,” and release stagnations, which could later cause disease. Traditionally women have not been able to access the full breadth of their voice. Through the throat dantien, which is rarely spoken of in traditional Qigong, you’ll begin to speak your truth, know who you are, and express your needs in your relationships at home and work.
You’ll discover:
- The full sequence of Tibetan Qigong sounds that will realign you with the optimal blueprint of your energy body
- Whole-body sound practices to clear blocked Qi in your bones, tissues, and blood — and heal or help prevent illness.
- A unique way to clear energy blocks in the throat area, common among women who are afraid of the repercussions of speaking their truth
- A greater facility to express your needs in relationship, even if it means upsetting loved ones
Module 5: Getting in the Flow With Your Radiant Lotus Qigong Practice
In this culminating interactive session, Daisy will guide you through the entire flow of the Radiant Lotus Practice.
From shaking and cupping to self-massage to the healing vibrations of Tibetan Sound Healing, you’ll seal in your practice so you feel confident and empowered to continue this profound path of self-care. Daisy will be on hand to answer your questions and provide on-camera spot checks!
The Radiant Lotus Qigong Path for Women Introductory Training Is Included!
In this 7-session introductory training, Daisy will guide you through the fundamental spiritual skills and competencies of the Radiant Lotus Qigong Practice.

Interview dialogue with Daisy Lee and Mark Roule
In this talk, Daisy and Mark will share what led them both onto the Qigong Path and how mindful awareness within their individual practices inspired the founding of the Radiant Lotus Retreat Center in Isabela, Puerto Rico.
Mark Roule is the Co-Director of the Kripalu School of Mindful Outdoor Leadership, and Curator of the Kripalu Qi Conference. He holds several certifications as a 500+ hour Yoga Teacher, Shinrin-Yoku/Forest Bathing Guide, and Qigong Teacher certified by Dr. Roger Jahnke and Robert Peng. He is a key faculty member at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, teaching a diverse range of movement practices that include Yoga, Qigong, Forest Bathing, Stand Up Paddle Boarding, Kayaking, and other nature connection practices.
