Over the last several decades, Elizabeth has cultivated deep personal relationships with the most acknowledged masters of the Q’ero tradition and their families. Long ago, they gave her permission to live and work on their land and share their teachings.
In 1989, Elizabeth had a profound spiritual encounter in Peru that radically changed the course of her life. She immediately knew that she was supposed to connect with the great living spirits of the Andes, the Apus (mountains), and learn to commune with them and their blessings.
She devoted the last 35 years to understanding, integrating, and deepening her journey in communication with nature and Mother Earth — in the Inka Nature Wisdom Tradition.
Elizabeth carries out important service projects to help the communities of the Hatun Q’eros, which has given her credibility with their spiritual and governmental authorities.
She’s also trained thousands of people all over the world in the evolution of consciousness — a spiritual awakening that consists of transforming the fear-based state of consciousness to one of trust and personal responsibility by deepening our intrinsic Nature Intelligence (NQ).
Elizabeth’s profound yet simple teachings have helped countless people from diverse paths achieve heightened wellbeing, find inner and outer harmony, and connect with their personal power.
Her deep immersion with the Q’ero masters ensures an authentic and enriching experience.
You’ll walk away from this 7-week journey equipped with traditional practices for staying energetically and emotionally fulfilled, and for feeling truly loved as never before — empowered with practical ways to maintain sacred relationships with nature and your own nature beings.

Course Sessions Wednesdays
This course will feature LIVE teachings, interactive sessions, experiential practices, and Q&A with Elizabeth. Each session will build harmoniously upon the previous ones, so you’ll develop a complete holistic understanding of the practices, tools, and principles you’ll need to cultivate profound relationships with your nature parents and other nature beings that are uniquely yours to feel a sense of wholeness, healing, and oneness with Mother Earth.
Module 1: Understanding Human Identity Through the Q’ero/Inka Cosmovision to Begin to Commune With Nature as a Loving Partner (September 4)
In the Q’ero/Inka worldview, we’re inextricably linked to a living and conscious natural world that shepherds the evolution of humanity. Energy is not “good” or “bad,” but “fine” or “heavy.” There are no objects, only beings.
Experience this approach to understanding the natural world and your place in it. Learn the first of the cleansing practices — a communion with nature as your partner.
Recognize that each human is born from two human and two nature parents. Your nature parents are wise, unconditionally loving parents located at the exact geographic location of your birth. For example, the river flowing right next to the hospital where you were born, or the hill across the street from your birth hospital.
Because we in the West aren’t used to locating ourselves within the sacred geography of nature, Elizabeth will invite you to look on Google Maps to find your birthplace and scan the surrounding nature to find your possible options.
Please note: If you want to confirm your nature parents’ identity with absolute certainty, check out the Mama Coca Divination discount bonus below to book a live session with an authentic coca leaf reader. This session is NOT necessary for you to get the highest benefit of this course.
In this module, you’ll discover:
- That you have four parents, including two nature parents — Mother Water/Earth (Paqarina) andFather Hill/Mountain (Itu Apu)
- How to locate your unique nature parents
- The fundamentals of the Inkan “world of living energies”
- The practice of Saminchaquy — receiving fine energy and offering heavy energy
Module 2: The Sacred Reciprocity of Invocation — Creating Your Personal Wahariquy to Give & Receive an Abundance of Energy & Love With Your Nature Parents (September 11)
The Q’ero are exquisite poets, using the magnificence of nature as their fundamental material.
As a human being, your connection to and reliance on nature for your very existence must be expressed as living energy, and gifted to the nature beings through the beautifully expressed invocation prayer known in Quechua as Wahariquy.
Begin to create your unique and personal invocation by writing a love poem or letter to your Itu Apu and Paqarina.
Love created in your heart, brought up and out through your breath, and styled into beautiful words is the first gift you’ll give back to Mother Nature in general and to your nature parents in particular.
Embark on your path of establishing Ayni with your nature parents, and open the energetic channel of communication with them.
In this module, you’ll:
- Perceive the living energy of your love invocation — giving and receiving this energy through your breath, expression, and reciprocation
- Speak with your nature parents
- Feel the sami (delicious nectar) of your nature parents giving back to you
- Go deeper with the practice of Saywachaquy — receiving refined energy from Earth and building a column of nectar to the cosmos, opening portals to flow through
- Allow the abundance of emotion and love to wash over you
Module 3: The Inka Energy System & the Smallest Offering — K’intu Phukhuriquy — to Soak in the Living Energies of Nature (September 18)
Humans are psycho-biologically designed to be linked to Mother Nature, and the Inka energy system of the Seven Eyes reveals this truth.
Recognize the first practice of giving to nature, known in Q’eros as the K’intu. Traditionally, this is done by offering a group of three perfect coca leaves.
Infuse this gift with your personal nectar (sweet energy) by blowing three breaths onto the leaves you’ve chosen and gifting your Yachay (power of your mind), Munay (the power of your love intention), and Llankay (body) to Mother Nature.
Elizabeth will illustrate how to lovingly gather leaves easily accessible where you live, and pull together love and power from your mind, heart, and body, letting this form into beautiful words that flow aloud from your heart.
After you give, then you’ll receive through Mañariquy — the measured request to ask without greed for what you can truly handle, and give back to your community.
In this module, you’ll:
- Learn to make a K’intu using a grouping of three leaves as an offering to nature
- Explore the three human powers, Yachay, Munay, Llankay — wisdom, love, and service
- Enjoy the benefit of giving and receiving through your K’intu
- Practice an Ayni energy exchange with the five major nature beings on Earth — the Teqse Apus (Mother Water, Mother Earth, Father Sun, Mother Moon, Mother Stars)
- Receive the energy and nectar of these five beings, sensing into what they taste and feel like uniquely to you
- Learn the Seven Eyes of the Inka energy system and how it connects you directly to the living energies of nature
Module 4: The Authentic Structure of the Traditional Q’ero Haywariquy (Despacho) to Understand the Power of Reciprocity With the Natural World (September 25)
Elizabeth will explain the Haywariquy ceremony in full detail. Haywariquy is the Quechua word for offering (despacho), meaning “to offer with your own hand.”
This personal love connection and Ayni is established by making offerings to your nature beings, which is central to the practice of a Paqo (initiate).
If you want to receive something big, you have to give something big, which is your opportunity to show the love and respect that comes from your heart and out your breath into the K’intus.
Learn how to practice Phukuriquy (the ceremony of the little breathy prayers spoken from your heart made of beautiful words to honor and give love to nature) and Mañariquy (asking without greed) in making your request. You must ask for what you can truly receive, handle, take care of, and give back to your community.
The authentic structure of the Haywariquy offering, given by the ancestors and translated into the Q’ero culture, is a beautiful and sacred recapitulation of our natural environment. Offerings are given through fire, water, or burial.
In this module, you’ll discover:
- The authentic structure of a traditional Q’ero offering to Pachamama, Apus, and the Ñust’as — enigmatic nature beings who integrate the powers and energies of Pachamama (feminine) and the Apus (masculine) — to bring manifestation into being
- The Q’ero concept and practice of Mañariquy
- How to experience yourself as a part of your sacred geography
- Giving and receiving through the first two eyes, connected to water and earth
- The practice of “Connecting Water Tail & Earth Belly” (offering and receiving through both)
- How to cleanse the body — getting the nectar of each eye — as you continue your connection with the natural world and become empowered and cleansed through the forces of nature
Module 5: Make an Offering to Your Paqarina (Nature Mother) & Receive the Living Energy of Softness, Love & Joy (October 9)
Make the traditional Q’ero Haywariquy offering, which requires 39 K’intus. You’ll be given a diagram so you can make your own offering through burning, burying, or giving to the Mother Water.
Elizabeth will provide instructions on the authentic structure of a traditional Q’ero offering based on an unbroken lineage over millennia. You’ll create a map of 12 nature beings that surround your home. This nature mandala has power and purpose in its structure, and is designed to directly communicate with the living energies of nature.
The right side of the offering is made to the Apus. The left side is made for Pachamama. The center is reserved for the Ñust’as, to whom you make your request of what you want to manifest into reality.
Through this ceremony, you’ll establish an energetic connection with your local nature beings — the Apus to stand strong and feel supported, Pachamama to be grounded and receptive, and the Ñust’as to integrate difference and manifest.
Remember, when you give you will receive. You’ll be invited to take the time to receive the love and living energy from your Paqarina after you give your offering.
In this module, you’ll:
- Learn how to recognize Apus — general and your specific Father Mountain — and offer to them
- Learn how to recognize and offer to Pachamama, the feminine and receptive forces
- Begin to know the Ñust’as — primordial forces of creation
- Experience the practice of “Connecting Sun Heart & Throat Moon/Stars,” to offer and receive through both — the next two of your seven eyes
- Receive from your Mother Water Paqarina, feeling the living energy of softness, joy, and water flowing through your body
Module 6: Make an Offering to Your Itu Apu (Nature Father) to Feel Supported as You Face & Overcome Challenges (October 16)
Every Q’ero offering uses the same basic structure, but your invocation (Wahariquy) is tailored to the intention of your offering. The offering itself may be formed into different shapes, depending on its purpose.
Make another Haywariquy, this time for your Itu Apu (nature father).
Elizabeth will share photos of some traditional Q’ero Haywariquy, and some of her own, demonstrating how offerings differ according to the qualities of the sacred natural geography you’re in and the availability of different leaves, fruits, flowers, legumes, sweets, and more.
Remember, when you give you will receive. You’ll be invited to take the time to receive the love and living energy from your Itu Apu after you give your offering.
In this module, you’ll discover:
- How to gather the items for your offering, which you can collect in your yard, garden, or from nearby nature in your area
- How to gift your offering, through fire, water, and earth — depending on where you live and what’s permitted
- How to perceive and feel the living energy of your Itu Apu
- The practice of “Connecting 5th, 6th, and 7th Eyes to Cosmos” — the right, left, and third eye
- Your storehouses of gold and silver
Module 7: Paqariq Ñust’as — Invoke Those Who Hold Your Original Energy Blueprint to Heal, Recharge & Restore You (October 23)
When we are born, the first ones to “put hands on us” are our Paqariq Ñust’as, nature beings assigned specifically to each of us. So, while we may share the same nature mother with other people, we all have unique Paqariq Ñust’as from that shared nature mother.
Our Paqariq Ñust’as hold our complete energy structure, so anytime we get sick or experience energy loss from shock or trauma, we can invoke them to restore our wholeness. Your Paqariq Ñust’as come from your Mother Water, Father Mountain, and Earth under the exact spot where you were born.
The Paqariq Nust’as recharge you because they contain the power of nature for self-healing.
In the Q’ero community, the wholeness of each person’s energy field is considered the basis for health, so the energetic wholeness of each member is tended to by the entire community from birth on.
In this module, you’ll:
- Learn to invoke your Paqariq Ñust’as (one each from water, mountain, and Earth), who hold the original energy blueprint of your being and determine how your spirit comes into manifested form
- Learn about the full authentic structure of the Q’ero healing to restore your wholeness — retrieving bits of your life force that were lost with trauma or shock
- Experience the “Full Flowering” exercise (or Phutuy), putting all the eyes together

Chapter Zero of The Fourth Level: Nature Wisdom Teachings of the Inka
PDF Chapter by Elizabeth Jenkins
This chapter outlines the worldview of the Q’ero, describing how everything is made of living energy and explaining that humans have a birthright to receive the delicious nectars of nature, which can create a state of bliss. Elizabeth presents the seven principles of the Inka energy world, enabling you to understand and participate in the seven energy practices you’ll learn during the 7-week course. As this chapter teaches, it’s not only your birthright but your duty to exchange living energies with the forces of nature — to create harmony between humans and the natural world.
