which is called in our circles “the lower acrobatics”.
This is the first chapter in our training activities, as in general the so-called Kadochnikov system is personal safety techniques under conditions of living in 21 century.
The central position of our System is a person with all the problems and challenges of the century, which they have to cope with.
Our objective is to help them survive and solve the problems they face within the modern reality and particular conditions of living.

STUDYING WITH OUR SYSTEM, ONE STARTS BY SOLVING THE PROBLEMS THAT ARE URGENT FOR THEM AT THE MOMENT
In quite a number of occasions, it means recovery of certain qualities and abilities, the loss of which lead to problems with health, and therefore are first on the list
Quite often some people during our seminars and trainings are skeptical about their own ability to perform particular exercises due to aches and pains. After the first day of exercising, though, they come to tell us surprisedly that their shoulder or their knee doesn’t hurt any more.
Some things take more time, than others, yet in the long run the system will restore all its functions if the training is regular.
At the dawn of the last century an eminent Russian physiologist Pavlov said that a human is a SELF-RESTORING MECHANISM.
Our system is able to restore its functions at any age, in any condition given the correct and necessary setting.
The purpose of lower acrobatics is in the first place to control, develop or restore the moving abilities of the body, no matter the age or physical fitness.
Following our recommendations you get the ability to effectively control your body not only with your muscles, but using all the resources of the psycho-biomechanical system of a human body.
The more masterful one is, the less muscular strength is required, up to the minimum of it.
LET US EXPLAIN THE IMPORTANCE OF THE STATEMENT…
In the course of our lives there grows the gap between what we want and what we are able to do. At the moment of our birth we don’t want much, but the demand grows as we age and then plummets at the end of our life.
The early period of our life the abilities grow in no connection to what we do with our body. However,
If we continue to stand idle in these terms, the level of our abilities reaches the pinnacle at some point and then starts declining steadily.
What age do you think it is? Fifty years or, maybe, sixty? Unfortunately, not.
The peak of physical abilities is reached by thirty, then one’s developmental potency, especially in a physical sense, declines.
For instance, if inert, after reaching the age of thirty you will lose 220 grams of muscles each year. Essentially, muscular tissues of the human body start to die at 30-32.
Physiologically speaking, it means that any uncontrolled muscle development after this age will take energy from the other systems of the organism, mostly from the tendons, which are, by the way, the longest living system of our body.
That’s why the loss of elasticity and flexibility signals that the muscles have started to take energy from tendons. This is the reason to treat muscle development from a certain age not as a means of beautification of the body, but as a means of supplying tendons.
