The Vert Code-Elite is designed for athletes with weight room experience. You will need access to a general weight room, resistance bands and a pool (optional but not required). This is an advanced program and is ideal for athletes with several years of resistance training/plyometrics experience. If you don’t have any weight room experience or don’t have access to any equipment, the Vert Code Bodyweight Program is a better fit for you.

The Vert Code-Elite is designed as a full year program, the more months you complete consecutively the more potential you’ll have for head-turning athleticism. LOAD | REDIRECT
Have you seen the black panther vibranium suit? It stores energy and utilizes that SAME energy for power production. This is the #1 goal of phase 2, except we’re making our muscles/tendons into the ultimate weapon so you don’t need the suit! Head-turning verticals require ELITE energy storage and release in the tendons and muscles. This is where most vertical programs go wrong! This specialized phase leads to SIGNIFICANT improvements in your ability to STORE and TRANSFER energy for PEAK EXPLOSION.

EXPLODE
Turn your nervous system and fast twitch muscle fibers into overdrive for this phase! This is the phase that we aim to turn your body into a force producing MACHINE, while simultaneously training for high-speed force production. Have you ever seen someone stand under the rim and EXPLODE straight up into the air to throw down a big dunk? Their concentric power is ELITE. Our main goal for this phase is developing that concentric force/rate of force development that makes us jump out of the gym AND leads to easy blow by’s with an explosive first step!

SPRING
We all know a few genetic freaks. You know, the athlete that doesn’t really train but they have EFFORTLESS bounce! We’ve scientifically reverse engineered this phenomenon and identified the traits that separate them. The result in short— SPRING. We dedicated phase 4 to building this trait! Without getting too deep into the science, we teach you how to optimize energy release. We set up the building blocks for maximal spring in phase 2, this is the icing on the cake that pushes our elasticity to the MAX!
