Do you want to try clear aligner therapy? Are you unsure if it is possible? Do you want to become a general dentist and get into orthodontics? Would you like to become a general dentist and be able to 3D You can print your own aligners right in the office.
This exciting course covers diagnosis and treatment planning. It also covers how to get ed by clear aligner laboratories. This course covers the following: “Fast Track Clear Aligners” The entire curriculum, including the basics of getting you ed using clear aligner treatment using both traditional and digital methods for recording, step-by-step laboratory workflows, billing, insurance, and how to grow your practice with clear aligner through innovative marketing strategies. Additionally, the online course includes an in-office component. 3D printing in-office (DIY) clear aligners. Design and create your own clear aligners in-house. 3D Print your aligner case. We show you step-by-step how to set up your cases (or have them done for you! Then, 3D You can print the models and then vacuum form them. Finally, you can deliver them to your patient.
Clear aligner courses are eligible for continuing education credits of up to 27 hours
This course uses learning skills and educational material that is 50% projection slides, 50% video-based education. Simulated learning is what we emphasize. “LIVE” You can see the steps of clinical procedures in video. This includes digital scanning, digital impressions, bonding attachments, interproximal (IPR) monitoring and troubleshooting steps. The in-office aligner modules also include step-by–step aligner software including Blue Sky Bio, ArchForm, and uLab. 3D Print your own models using Sprintray Pro and Formlabs printers. Also, vacuum forming, trimming and finishing your cases.
This course is divided into eight sections to ensure that you receive the best education.

Dr. Melissa Shotell, a Board Certified Orthodontist, practices in Sonora (CA) in a multi-specialty office that focuses on the interplay between Orthodontics and restorative treatments. Dr. Shotell obtained her DMD degree from Nova Southeastern University. Additionally, she received advanced hospital training as well as a General Practice Certificate from The Ohio State University. After spending years in general practice treating a broad range of patients, Dr. Shotell returned to complete a certificate and master’s degree in Orthodontics from Loma Linda University. Dr. Shotell studied at Loma Linda University and focused her training on the use of cutting-edge 3D imaging technology to diagnose and plan treatment for interdisciplinary dentistry. Dr. Shotell considers education her passion. She regularly lectures and consults on dentistry, clear aligner therapy and orthodontics, office efficiency, workflow and teamwork, as well as dental technology and clear aligner therapy.
