Module 1: Regulate Your Nervous System to Increase Your Energy, Clarify Your Purpose & Understand Your Deeper Potential (October 22)
In a time of heightened anxiety, stress, and perhaps panic, it’s common to feel paralyzed and overwhelmed. You may want to take action but feel powerless when faced with the magnitude of the challenges in front of you.
Suzanne will share how you can gain the clarity you need — through wisdom and grounding — to identify what’s really yours to do in this moment and the actions you can take to accomplish that.
Being centered in calm and embodying a state of mental and emotional wellbeing allows you to have more energy and purpose to realize your full potential and positively contribute to your circle of family, friends, community and, perhaps, the world.
In this session, you’ll:
- Discover the inner landscape of the body that holds the keys to becoming calm and centered so you can gather your resources under any circumstances
- Learn how to regulate your nervous system even if it is exhausted, empty, and disconnected from your inner resources
- Be guided in a somatic practice to calm your nervous system — an effective tool that can be done at home by yourself or with a partner
- Experience a simple, yet profound grounding practice that puts you back in the driver’s seat
- Learn how to protect your energy from being lost to future worries and anxiety
- Observe a demonstration by Suzanne for enhancing the calm within, filling the kidney energy, and relaxing the adrenals — you’ll need to bring one of the following items to class this week in order to participate: a warm herbal wrap or heating pad, a hot water bottle, or a cold laser
Module 2: Develop Inner Strength & Resilience to Experience Greater Clarity & Calm Empowerment (October 29)
In the first week, you learned how to regulate your nervous system and switch from sympathetic to parasympathetic — from fight/flight/freeze to a more relaxed, regulated state.
From this more regulated state, you can now begin the inner work. It’s time to learn how to tune in to the rich inner landscape of your body, developing your inner strength and resilience.
In this session, you’ll discover:
- Why — now more than ever before — human beings need to become more embodied
- What embodiment looks like — and what it means for you individually
- How to enter a state of calm empowerment
- A practice that allows you to refine your most effective path to your inner oasis
- The three attributes to rest deeply in your inner oasis
Module 3: Explore How Awareness & Curiosity Fuel Your Spiritual Awakening & Self-Empowerment & Enhance Problem-Solving (November 12)
Discover the power of awareness and curiosity — and how these pivotal attributes work together for your spiritual awakening and empowerment.
This begins with deepening your awareness of your inner landscape and its relationship to the world around you. You’ll move on to curiosity and how this attribute allows you to frame your experiences — both positive and negative — in a way that furthers exploration, creativity, and effective problem-solving.
In this session, you’ll explore:
- The first two attributes of soul embodiment — and how you can work with them to increase clarity and calm
- How to step into each of these attributes to fuel your awakening
- How to harness the attribute of awareness — of self, others, and the environment around you
- The power of curiosity and its partnership with creativity
- Practices that allow you to drop more deeply into your place of calm centeredness using these attributes
Module 4: Transform Limiting Beliefs to Regain Trust in Your Instincts & Ability to Discern the Truth (November 19)
Here, we investigate and dive deeper into the attribute of trust. This resonates deeply in today’s world because of the sense of confusion and anxiety about what is real.
Explore the deeper question of how you can build a more refined sense of trust in the Universe that will support you in navigating your environment and utilizing your integrated instincts.
This will help you better discern what is right for you in each moment — and what direction is best for you.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) and social media are bombarding us with “facts” and issues that may leave us less capable of accessing and trusting our own gut instincts.

This module presents the four states of consciousness for connecting — in a grounded and complete way — to your inner resources: feeling supported, feeling loved and cherished, feeling connected internally and externally, and feeling safe and secure.
Through these states, you can experience a higher level of awareness that calms your nervous system, turns on your creativity, and enables you to be who you are at a soul level.
Anxiety and trauma can cause you to forget that the ability to rest into a calm, centered state is your birthright as a human being.
In this session, you’ll explore:
- How to find all the places of support in your daily life and environment that allow you to rest and feel calmer
- How love ignites your creativity, soul-level purpose, and joy
- The exquisite partnership of receiving love and giving love to another
- The micro-cellular level of deep connection all the way to the macro level of connecting with your family, with your community, and all sentient beings on the planet
- A simple protocol that you can call on at any moment when you’re feeling disconnected

Module 6: Allow Gratitude to Blossom & Reveal Its Deeper Gifts — Even During Times of Challenge & Uncertainty (December 3)
After an experience or phase of life that has been very, very challenging, you can often find yourself exhausted and empty-hearted.
These are natural consequences to life’s challenges, but they can cause you to become ungrateful — and miss the opportunity for gratitude on the other side of a difficult time.
In this module, you’ll unpack all the different ways you can be challenged and the many places where gratitude appears and blossoms if you know how to recognize and nurture it.
In this session, you’ll discover:
- Gratitude’s relationship to full-hearted living and states of heart
- “Deep heart” and “front heart” — their differences and how they work together
- The power of a healthy belly — and heart connection
- That the antidote to exhaustion is whole-hearted living with gratitude
