Description
Dr. Tara Brach, internationally renowned mindfulness teacher and psychologist, brings the concepts of Radical Compassion to the personal and social challenges posed by the Corona virus pandemic. The stressors of the pandemic make it ever more crucial that we find methods of maintaining togetherness, addressing our fears, and finding compassion in suffering. Dr. Brach addresses these issues through a wide range of neurological, social and spiritual perspectives. She provides both personal and professional direction for better accepting vulnerability, managing stress and caring for others. The RAIN model of meditation is particularly effective for accomplishing these goals and is demonstrated through several guided meditations.
